General Information
Duplin County Schools offers a secure website for former students, colleges, and corporations to request transcripts, student records, and education verification. ******Current students should see their school's guidance counselor.
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.
CURRENT STUDENTS may use CFNC.org to send transcripts to colleges and universities in North Carolina for free. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS CFNC.ORG
No same day service is available.
Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process student record orders
- Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

***Disclaimer: Duplin County Schools will provide records of Immunizations and Birth Certificates if they are part of the student record. We cannot guarantee that these records are available.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

The High School Transcript contains the Proof of Graduation, Verification of Name, and Verification of Birth Date
If you require the Immunization Record or Proof of Graduation on it's own, select the appropriate option on the application.
